If we go back two seasons, FC Zurich ran away with the Swiss Super League title. In fact, they finished 14 points clear of next best Basel.

As for the new campaign, the hosts started with two wins and a draw. For the record, Lugano (3-0) and Yverdon (2-0) were the beaten teams, and the draw (2-2) was in Servette.
Newly promoted Lausanne Ouchy lost their first two games against Lugano (0-3) and Luzern (2-1). Subsequently, Anthony Braizat’s men took a deserved point from the draw against Servette.
