MARKET RASEN 3:15 ZAMBELLA 3/1

Six times winner LITTLE RIVER BOY could be the fly in the ointment. The 7-year-old can handle any type of ground, and he won his last two comeback races. However, she’s yet to race at this distance, and the Philip Hobbs stable is a bit slow.

When last seen, PRINCESS ELEANOR was in the winning groove. Consequently, she’s going up in weight, and she’s 7 pounds higher today. While Henry Daly’s 7-year-old can improve further, she’s likely to need today’s race.

As for FANTASTIC LADY, she was last seen running in the Grand National. Interestingly, Nicky Henderson targeted that race after just 5 runs over regulation fences, but she didn’t get far!

In fact, after being short of room, James Bowen was unseated at the first obstacle. The daughter of NETWORK is in the right hands, and with her stable going well (7-18) she’s the one to beat.

Since she’s rated a long way behind the others, RADDLE AND HUM will struggle at this level.

Meanwhile, LEGENDS RYDE should come on for a recent run, and she could get into the money.

As for the winner, look no further than ZAMBELLA. Nigel Twiston-Davies 7 year old is the highest-rated runner in the race, and if this was a handicap she would be three pounds worse off than the favorite. Daryl Jacobs mount won 9/22 of her races, and she’s 6/12 over fences.

The ground at Market Rasen shouldn’t be a problem, and she will be suited by the step back up in distance.
