TWO RACING PREMIUM TIPS

HEREFORD 1:00 BIG DIFFERENCE 100/30

Despite having the right connections, DAZZLING GLORY is too short in the betting. The Skeltons’ mare was a beaten favourite in her last race, and it’s not like she’s well handicapped. Furthermore, the 7-year-old is carrying top weight, and that won’t be easy in a small field over three miles.

As for TASTE THE FEAR, following a quiet time, he’s dropped to a fair handicap mark. However, while that is an advantage, his first attempt over fences left a lot to be desired. For the record, he was last of four at Warwick, and his jumping was novicey! Furthermore, while he’s won at a right-handed track, I would prefer to see him race left-handed.

BIG DIFFERENCE is the oldest runner in the field, and he’s got clear limitations. Nevertheless, the son of PRESENTING is running well, and he’s receiving 11&13 pounds from the other two. Lastly, he’s going to be best suited to racing on this right-handed course, and the fast ground won’t be an issue.

TWO RACING PREMIUM TIPS

HEREFORD 2:45 BRIGHT SUNBIRD 100/30

Four times winner ERNESTO is fairly treated, but he’s not running well enough to take advantage. As for JENS BOY, after being denied a clear run he was rightly awarded his last race. However, Nicky Henderson’s 8-year-old was raised another 4 pounds, and at these odds, I would lay him all day!

BLAKENEY POINT is the oldest runner in this field, and he’s not at the level he once was! Nevertheless, we respect the fact that he won 11/56 races, and he can be forgiven for his latest run.

His recent win at Bangor puts him ahead of BRIGHT SUNBIRD, but Tabitha Worsley’s mount is 7 pounds better off. Moreover, the mare can be forgiven for one poor run, especially since she didn’t have today’s jockey on board.

The daughter of Milan won her two previous races, and she is likely to benefit from switching to a right-hand track. The distance isn’t going to be an issue, and bottom weight will help her cause.
