The visitors have been in really good form of late. While the new coach Javi Honkavaara took a while to find his best formation, they are up now!
The 2020 champions won their last four games, and the latest was a well-worked 0-2 in AC Oulu. Another away win in Mariehamn ticks the traveling box, and a 2-1 against Champions HJK is proof of the visitor’s class.

AC OULU vs VPS
AC Oulu will find this easier than the last round game against a red-hot KuPS. While the hosts have yet to win a home game, they only lost to the top teams.
For the record, since returning to the top league, Oulu took more points at home compared to at home. A recent win over Ilves (1-2) is proof of ability, and so was the 1-1 against Champions HJK.
VPS might have won their last-round game over Mariehamn, but they didn’t impress against the bottom team. Also, those two goals were there first of the campaign, so we shouldn’t get excited!
For the most part, Ricardo Duarte is getting a good tune out of the hosts. His young team can only improve, and they can take advantage of a team who have not really found their best form!
