International Racing Preview & Tips. I am going to share all my bets for France today, albeit I might cover myself with a few others. Good luck if you are betting!
PS – If I left the odds out, it means I expect to find bigger on the PMU or with foreign accounts.

INTERNATIONAL RACING PREVIEW & TIPS
DEAUVILLE R4 ELITE STATUS
HAVANA STAR was ridden out to win both his races. Last time out, Cristian Demuro’s mount was a 5L winner at Chantilly on the good-soft ground. However, the time was nothing special, and the big favourite (ALCANTOR) disappointed. The 2nd in that race was well beaten since, thus suggesting the form is nothing special.
ELITE STATUS stands out from the crowd for a number of reasons. First and foremost, he’s got proven form and he will appreciate the soft ground. In fact, I Balme the Good-firm at Ascot for stopping his winning run last time out. In short, a class act and this is winnable.
DEAUVILLE R5 SAUTERNE 8/1 WHILL
KELINA finished in front of SAUTERNE at Chantilly. However, the ground was very different that day, and Maxine Guyon got the first run. We should also take into consideration the change in venue, in that Deauville will suit Tony Piccone’s mount better again!
REMARQUEE should do best for the visitors, albeit some evidence points to this year’s 3-year-olds not being the best!
ROGUE MILLENIUM, GRANDE DAME and SOUNDS OF HEAVEN should all be competitive for a place, but I doubt they will win!
DEAUVILLE R6 PAZ 4/1
LEFT SEA seems better on the faster ground! The way PAZ stayed on in her last race suggests she’s worth a crack at the longer distance. One thing is certain, this is an easier race than that and she will handle the ground!
DEAUVILLE R7 MINOUSHKA 7/2
I might have a cover bet on MAYMAY, but for the winner the one that interests me the most is MINOUSHKA. The way she won at Compiegne was highly impressive, and she gave the impression that there was more to come.
While this represents a step up in class, the soft ground and opposition are favourable.
DEAUVILLE R8 RAJINSKY
GOYA SENORA will like the ground, and with Soumillion in the saddle, he should be competitive for a place. SKAZINO is prolific and capable at this level, and in my opinion, he’s the best of the local runners.
On the other hand, RAJINSKY is likely to be big odds on the PMU, and his chance is being vastly underrated. Now that he’s back on his favoured ground, I want to take a chance on Hugo Palmers 7 year old!
